FAQ – Showcasing Your Product
How do I showcase my product(s)?
We’re glad you asked! We encourage you to showcase your product (maximum 3 per attendee) at Stickybeak Station. Stickybeak Station is in the heart of the Festival Fairground and you’ll find everyone looks at the products on the Station – including your next best distributor and buyer! And best of all, the cost to showcase your product is included in your ticket price! Read more about how your product can be showcased here.
I want to provide samples of my product, can I?
Other than in our Tasting Room, the event is primarily a sales + promotion event and product tastings are not allowed. But… bring your ambient product, or if your product is chilled or frozen, bring the packaging and put it on Stickybeak Station. Note there’s a maximum of 3 products per attendee only on Stickybeak Station and there is no space for shelf ready displays. Read more about how your product can be showcased here.
Is there any storage at the venue?
Storage at the venue is very limited, and anything left there will be at your own risk. We’ll be using all available space, so if you are bringing more than a handbag or tote, plan ahead and practise your packing skills. Once you put your 3 items on Stickybeak Station, any additional items will need to be carried with you for the day, or you can use a public storage facility, such as lockers at a train station, for larger items.

My product is new/not new, should I still bring it?
It doesn’t matter if your product is new to market or has been around for a while, as long as it is shelf-stable, there’s a space for it at Stickybeak Station. Read more about how your product can be showcased here.
My product is chilled/frozen, should I still bring it?
It doesn’t matter if your product is non-ambient, there’s space for your packaging at Stickybeak Station. We know not all goodies will be able to withstand a whole day at room temperature and we don’t want anyone to miss out, so definitely bring your packaging. There won’t be any chiller, freezer or heating facilities at the Festival. Read more about how your product can be showcased here.
My product needs to be heated up, are there facilities for that?
There are no facilities for heating or warming up your product unless you are a Tasting Room Ticket Holder.
Tasting Room Product Preparation:
- You can use the venue kitchen inside the Festival Fairground to prepare your product. Facilities include: microwave, cool room, and washing area.
- No freezer is available on site.

What happens to leftover product at the end of the day?
