FAQ – Bring Your Product

Should I bring my product(s)?

We’re glad you asked! Yes, we encourage you to showcase your product (maximum 2 per attendee) at Stickybeak Station. And best of all, the cost to showcase your product is included in your ticket price! Read more about how your product can be showcased here.

I want to provide samples of my product, can I?

Nope, the 2024 event is primarily a sales + promotion event and products tastings are not allowed. But… bring your ambient product, or if your product is chilled or frozen, bring the packaging and put it on Stickybeak Station. Note there’s a maximum of 2 products per attendee only on Stickybeak Station and there is no space for shelf ready displays. Read more about how your product can be showcased here.

Is there any storage at the venue?

No. We’ll be occupying every corner of the event venue allocated to us. If you are bringing more than a handbag or a tote, we’d suggest you plan well in advance and practise your packing skills. Once you put your 2 items on Stickybeak Station, the rest of your items will need to be carried on your person for the day or we suggest you find a public storage facility, such as lockers in a train station, if you need to store larger items.
