Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, only online and only whilst tickets are available. Become a Festival Insider to access early-bird event tickets and get the scoop on our 2024 event as soon as the details are released.
I can no longer make it, can I give my ticket to someone else, and if so how?
Yes, you absolutely can give your ticket to someone else. Make sure you send your ticket to your friend as they will need to bring the paper copy along on the day and the email from you saying you’re passing your ticket over to them.

Do I need to buy a ticket for a seat in the ‘Express Lane’?
Yes. This is a big opportunity for you to accelerate your scale journey by sitting face-to-face with specialist industry experts. Save your seat here (tickets are sold as long as seats are available).
Do I need to buy a ticket for a seat in the ‘Express Lane’ if my brand buddy already has one?
No. Everyone needs a ticket to enter the Festival, but if you’re part of a brand team and one person has already bought an ‘Express Lane’ ticket, then you can both take a seat with the experts on the ‘Express Lane’ at the same time. Please note, the time allocation is the same as it would be for a one-to-one Express Lane experience, there is no additional time for multiple brand representatives, unless you grab an additional ‘Express Lane’ ticket. ‘Express Lane’ is a big opportunity for you to accelerate your scale journey by sitting face-to-face with specialist industry experts.
