How to Participate:

• Buy a Festival ticket.
• On the day, come to Product Snap Lab to book your session. Places are limited – so first come, first served.
• Come prepared for your session with 3 items.
• Arrive 10 minutes before your 10 minute session time ready with any props or branding you want included (e.g. packaging, signage, fabric, or small display items).
• Decide beforehand how you want the products shown (close-up, lifestyle setup, etc.)—taking a reference photo on your phone can help.

What You Get:

• Up to 5 edited images per product.
• High-resolution JPEGs available on a shared drive within 48 hours of the Festival.
• Usage rights: Photographer retains ownership but grants Foodpreneurs Festival and brand owners the rights to use images for promotional and commercial purposes.
